At Trivanta, we want you to feel fully at ease with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it simple.

📦 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. 

đź’° Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

đźšš How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@anmarpfs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for return.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Items returned outside the return window or not in resaleable condition may not be refunded
